Dual leadership at Möhlenhoff: Stefan Soellner strengthens the management team
Salzgitter / Germany, April 2024 - As part of an in-house strategy program, the Möhlenhoff Group has set a decisive course for a future-proof orientation. In addition to the long-standing Managing Director Frank Geburek, who has been on the management board for over ten years, Stefan Soellner has been appointed as the second Managing Director with effect from February 1, 2024.
“We are delighted to have gained an absolute expert and highly competent colleague in Stefan Soellner, who has already supported Möhlenhoff in the strategy program,” explains shareholder Martina Möhlenhoff. Stefan Soellner has more than 20 years of strategic and operational professional experience, including more than ten years as “Head of Practice” and most recently as “Associate Partner” at a renowned international management consultancy.
“With the dual leadership, we can dedicate ourselves to new tasks with combined forces and expand our market activities,” explains Frank Geburek, who will be responsible for R&D, Operations and Quality Management, including ESG. Stefan Soellner will take over the areas of Sales, Product Lifecycle Management and Finance.
The overarching goal of the dual leadership is to expand the customer and market-oriented product portfolio and to further shape the success of the Möhlenhoff Group internationally. “I am looking forward to building on existing successes together with the team, providing new impetus and purposefully expanding our global presence. I have already had the opportunity to get to know Möhlenhoff over the last few years and I am very much looking forward to the future together,” says Stefan Soellner.
