Salzgitter, August 2020 – A two-man team of Managing Directors has been at the helm of Möhlenhoff GmbH since May 2019. However, one of the team, Dr. Jörg Teunissen, Managing Director for Marketing and Sales, will be leaving the heating, ventilation and air conditioning company on August 31. Frank Geburek will once again take over the sole management of the company on a temporary basis.

Dr. Jörg Teunissen is leaving the Salzgitter OEM manufacturer at his own request to take on new professional challenges. Until a suitable successor is found, Frank Geburek will once again bear the sole corporate responsibility. He will continue to report to the Supervisory Board consisting of Univ. Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. mult. Horst Wildemann (Chairman), Martina Möhlenhoff and Christopher Schönberger.

Jörg Teunissen joined Möhlenhoff GmbH as Managing Director for Marketing and Sales in May 2019. Together with Frank Geburek, who is responsible for technology, finances and employees, the two-man team managed the family business in Salzgitter. Teunissen was responsible for the OEM and brand business activities. He expanded the customer- and market-oriented product portfolio and successfully increased the international success of the company.
